Hi, everyone!
Thanks for writing in and offering your feedback about the Spanish ads playing on your stations.
We do our best to deliver ads to our significant number of Spanish-speaking listeners based on the small amount of demographic info that we collect when you register a Pandora account. This is limited to gender, age, and postal code, as well as some of the stations you create on your account. Sometimes, however, our estimates are incorrect and Spanish ads are delivered to the wrong listeners. We're sorry if this has been creating a negative experience for you.
If you are receiving Spanish ads on your account, we're happy to look into it for you.

@Arleneburton88 Our ad operations team is aware of your feedback and they are working hard to improve how our Spanish ads are delivered.
Each of these are looked into on a case by case basis.
I'm happy to pass your feedback along to our ads team, however I'll need you to provide some additional information before I can do so.

I appreciate all of your help with this.

A possible solution would be giving the user a space in the account settings to note their language preference. That could filter the ad languages. I have live in many communities in Arizona, California, and New Mexico that have high population of Spanish speaking people, but I do not speak Spanish. It would be nice to just be able to select your language preference, regardless of where in the world you live.
I agree. I am in S. Texas and the spanish HEB ad that would be annoying in English plays ALL THE TIME. I am about ready to dump Pandora if this doesn't stop.
@TXGal In order for us to look into this further, we will need to follow up with the information requested in the accepted solution.

Thanks for the help!
I live in a rural area that is not Spanish speaking yet I am inundated with Spanish language ads when I play music on Pandora. It is ruining my listening experience. I immediately stop playing Pandora and switch to Spotify.
