Why did I get a billing limit change from Pandora with PayPal?

I also received an email yesterday, confirming that I changed my billing limit. I never made any changes. I reached out to PayPal and they had no info and told me to reach out to Pandora.

Pandora has not made any changes to your subscription plan processed through PayPal. On our end, it looks like your subscription will continue to renew at the same rate and intervals as normal.
