I’ve tried numerous times to cancel my subscription but every time it asks me to enter my password to confirm the cancellation it notifies me “we’re having trouble please try again later.” I would just like for my subscription to be cancelled! Thank you

They have confirmed that your subscriptions have been canceled.
You can still enjoy your subscription benefits until the current billing cycle expires.
At that time, your account will revert to the free ad-supported service and you won't be charged again.
You can view your expiration date and manage your subscription options from the subscription details page.
