Cancel Subscription

I’ve tried numerous times to cancel my subscription but every time it asks me to enter my password to confirm the cancellation it notifies me “we’re having trouble please try again later.”  I would just like for my subscription to be cancelled! Thank you

@PeterSambol @bgeezer I checked in with our support team and they were able to help with this since your accounts are upgraded directly through Pandora..

They have confirmed that your subscriptions have been canceled.

You can still enjoy your subscription benefits until the current billing cycle expires.

At that time, your account will revert to the free ad-supported service and you won't be charged again.

You can view your expiration date and manage your subscription options from the subscription details page.

If you're using a computer:

If you're using a mobile device:

  • Go to the Pandora website.
  • Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
  • Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.)

I am having the same issue and want this cancelled before the renew date of August 18, 2021.

Please cancel prescription for Brenda [last name]. And return refund for unused months. Thank you.

I checked your account and see that you're upgraded to an individual monthly subscription of Pandora Premium not annual. 

I moved your post over to another existing thread: Cancel Subscription

I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription. You can still enjoy your Pandora Premium subscription benefits until the current billing cycle expires, around 8/22/2021.

At that time, your account will revert to the free ad-supported service and you won't be charged again.

You can view your expiration date and manage your subscription options from the subscription details page.

  • Go to the Pandora website.
  • Select the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left.
  • Then tap Subscription. (Log in to your account if prompted.)

@lenacloud20 If you cancel your trial now, you can still enjoy the subscription benefits until your trial is up, and you won't be charged.
