Due to hardship, trying to downgrade and switch my family plan to ads included for a no charge subscription. However I’m not given that option in the plan change. Would you please help me with this issue. We love having pandora but really need to cut our expenses at this time

@latemr You should be able to cancel your subscription as long as you are logged into your upgraded account.
