I submitted a question and received a "case number", but no one ever responded to me and there is no way (that I've found) to inquire about a case number that's been issued. How can I follow up on my case number??
Hi - I'm 'LT'. I'm from Virginia Beach, VA. Best loved music is Country and classic rock. I have acquired many "badges" from Pandora..... but what I have NOT acquired is a response to my question I sent to Pandora support. I have a "case number" but that doesn't do much good when you don't receive any contact other than that.... and there's no way to follow-up on the case number issued. What's up with the zero customer service?
