I’m trying to change my Pandora subscription. I’ve been getting bounced around from my Pandora app, to my Google play website. Doing everything it says to do and having no success at all. I can’t understand why this has to be so hard, I simply want to change my Pandora subscription, please help

I do see your accounts are currently upgraded to Pandora Premium through Google Play.

To clarify, did you need help downgrading your subscription to Pandora Plus instead?

If so, check out the accepted solution to this thread for instructions on how to cancel your subscription to Pandora Premium, and instead resubscribe to Pandora Plus.

If you continue to run into issues with this, can you please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Same here.  It would also be nice if they would say what google play account my subscription is tied to.   I have different accounts for work & home and at least one old one I don't use anymore but no idea where to go as it's circular.  I just want to upgrade to the family plan. 

Also, Seriously Pandora has no dedicated phone support?!?!  Come on now, they're making plenty of money, start spending some on customer experience and support!
