Hi I cancelled my subscription before it was supposed to be renewed and you guys charged me for it. I love your service, but unfortunately I am currently frustrated with it. The message support is glitchy and keeps giving me a runaround. I am hopeful you guys can fix this.

Not sure if this goes here but Hello! I was charged after cancelling a week ago and it didn't seem to cancel. I was charged yesterday thinking it had cancelled like it was supposed to. I would like a refund please because I do not have the money for it.
