I as well got charged for a years subscription, I have canceled the sub as of 1/22/2020 and it did state that my sub was good through then (I assumed until midnight) got home and saw the charge. It is still in a pending status but I cannot afford another year at this time. I would really like some assistance with this please.

I checked your Pandora account and it looks like a 90-day trial of Pandora Premium was started back in September of 2019.

How do i request a refund ? Pandora has the hardest process ever!!! I just need to contact support or customer service and i get here instead ughghgh! Need a refund !

I want my subscription canceled, which I thought I already did, it has charged my account this month again. I want a refund for this months charge I dont even use pandora anymore.
