wrongful billing

i had cancelled the renew option when i signed for a free trial and on the date the trial ends i got charged so i went to pandora settings and had to cancel 2 more times because the system didn't registered my option, i filled a complaint for a refund but i need to get a phone number a live chat with someone that can assure me they will make the refund.

Cancelled Subscription but still charged

I canceled my subscription via Apple and now via pandora too and I am still being charged. I would like to be reimbursed, but I can't figure out how to get in touch with anyone! Now is not the time I need extra bills.
