Still charged after canceling subscription

Hello, I am running into the same problem. I was charged on April 3, 2020 of $10.75. I had cancelled because I had been given a free trial through Alexa, in which I never used. I am reaching out for a refund.

My Card is charging from past 3mts, even after I canceled my subscription in Jan 2020 (within my trail period). Can you cancel my subscription, payment card details & refund my money for past 3mts (Feb, Mar, April 2020)
