Charged with no upgrade

I payed to upgrade basic to plus I was getting an upgrade for about 20 minutes and then I got a message that the trial had expired? I was supposed to get 30 days free then the update at 4.99 mo. Now they have charged my card and I've gotten nothing. Tried two methods to reach cuy service.  Still no luck.

I reviewed the Pandora account associated with your community profile, and can confirm that it is currently upgraded to a 30-day trial of Pandora Plus that was started on 4/6/2024. Additionally, I don't see a charge to your account yet. The trial will end on 5/6/2024 and you will be billed after.

Something to note, it looks like you have two Pandora accounts. One under a Yahoo account and one under a Gmail account. Your Gmail account is upgraded to Pandora Plus and and your Yahoo account is free ad supported. Both of these accounts are actively being used.

If you're having trouble with ads, you'll want to be sure that you're logged into your correct Gmail account on all devices that you listen on.
