I am requesting a refund for a recent annual subscription renewal and confirmation that the subscription has been canceled.
The account was set up for the Spa at Four Seasons Nashville and was associated with demian.kojro@fourseasons.com. I no longer work for Four Seasons and no longer have access to that email account.
The renewal was charged to my personal Visa card ending in 2183. Since I am no longer affiliated with the company and do not wish to continue the service, I kindly request a refund of the recent charge.
I have already canceled the subscription online and removed my credit card information from the account. However, I am unable to submit a refund request through the account.
