Like many people here, I purchased a gift subscription for someone last December and they never received (I did receive an email confirming purchase). How can I get the code so they can redeem?

I purchased an email gift card. I never received a receipt for the purchase and the other email address never received a gift card but I do see a charge against my credit card. How long should it take until this email is received?

I ordered a gift subscription this morning for my wife but she never received an email. The website directs me to a chatbot but the chatbot isn't helpful, telling me to visit pandora's website, fill out a form, or send an email...all options which just open a new chat page. How can I view my order details, get the redeem code, or just request a refund?
