It looks like your account is currently upgraded directly through our website.
If you would like to completely delete your Pandora account, you will first need to cancel your subscription, allow that subscription to expire, and then follow the instructions below for deleting a free account.
It's important that you cancel your subscription prior to deleting your account, to avoid further charges.
Once you start hearing ads again, you can delete your account completely.
To delete your account from the web:
- Open your Settings.
- Click Account in the left-hand column, and then Delete Pandora Account. You may have to enter your password to confirm.
To delete your account from a mobile device:
- Open the Profile tab and then Settings by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select Account, and then Delete Account. You may have to enter your password to confirm.
Please keep in mind that deleting your account is permanent. Once complete, there will be no way to retrieve your stations or any preferences (Likes, Thumbs, Bookmarks, etc) currently saved on your profile.
