Pandora Update - 1/17/25:
Hi, everyone!
Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to obtain a copy of your receipts for your Pandora subscription through the website or app.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend giving this existing idea a ❤️ to express your interest in getting that option added to the service.
In the meantime, feel free to leave a comment on this thread to request a copy of your receipt.
Alternatively, you can contact our support team directly through our help page here if you'd like to receive assistance from them.

I checked the account linked to your Community Profile but that account doesn't seem to be upgraded, so I created a case with our support team so they can check it out.
They will follow up privately through email, please check your inbox and if you don't see it please also take a look on your SPAM and junk folders.
