I would like a copy of the receipt for my most recent subscription dated 6/25/21 that I need to submit for my expenses. I am not sure why this is not an option under the account information. Thank you.
@MBKislandhouse Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to obtain a copy of your receipts for your Pandora subscription through the website or app.
I recommend giving this existing feature request a ❤️to express your interest in getting that option added to the service.
In the meantime, I've gone ahead and sent you a copy of your latest receipt to you via email.

I use a business credit card for my Pandora account. I need a receipt to reconcile my account and can not do so if I don't have a receipt for proof of payment. The reminder notice that came 2 weeks prior to the charges won't suffice.

@LauraJB It doesn't look like the Pandora account associated with your Community profile has been charged yet - I'm showing it is still on a free trial to the Premium Family plan.
Can you confirm a charge for Pandora was processed on June 19, 2021?
If so, I will go ahead and escalate this over to our support team so they can further assist you with this.
