Good Morning

As last month, I need another invoice.

Please let your managers know that we've been requesting a receipt from Pandora monthly for some time, and we are tired of doing this. We've actually suspended our service so we don't have to deal with asking you for receipts. Spotify is getting our money now.

Can I get our latest and last invoice please?

@sbond47 I definitely understand your frustration with this.

Our support team has went ahead and emailed you a copy of your latest receipt.

At this time, the only way to automatically receive an emailed receipt is to:

  1. Upgrade using PayPal
  2. Upgrade through Apple
  3. Upgrade through Google Play

If you'd like some additional information on this, please let me know.

Our support team mentioned they aren't seeing any messages from you requesting a receipt/invoice in their queue.

With that being said, they were able to send you a copy of your receipt to the email address your upgraded account is registered with.

In the future, you can contact them directly by submitting a message through our help page

Receipt for subscription renewal

I need to copy of the invoice/receipt for my subscription that renewed on May 1.  I don't see anywhere on the website or my account that I can access it, can someone please email this to me ASAP.  Thanks!
