I know Pandora+ upgraded on my MacBook but did it upgrade through the app on my Android phone?

Yes - Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

So as long as you sign into your upgraded account on your other devices, you'll be able to enjoy the benefits of your subscription.
