I was double-charged in May, June and July for my Pandora prescription. I am billed through Google play. I would like to have a credit towards the next three months in order to keep good standings and continue with my Pandora subscription.

I have been charged twice for the premium family plan for 2 months now. So I have made 4 payments of $16 in 2 months. Why am I being charged twice, and I would like to be refunded please.
