I am being charge 9.99 a month on two seperate dates for the last 4 months I just notice today when I saw your charge come off my card again when you just charge me 3 days ago how can I see which account that is pulling from how i can  get a refund

Good afternoon, on December 7th I was charged for my subscription like normal. This morning I looked at my bank account and there is a pending charge for pandor again. Althouhgh it hasn't paid yet (pending status) will I be able to get a refund?

Hi @MMada I checked your account and see that you're account is upgraded through Google Play. I checked Google Play's billing system and I'm not seeing a pending charge on my end. The pending charge should drop off of your account automatically.

If it doesn't, you can reach out to Google Play directly for more help. You can get in touch with their support team here.

I attempted to cancel my original account because I wanted to upgrade (which I did) to premium with the military discount! Which is great! However, I am being billed since that went into effect on the 3rd and 17th of each month. I actually managed to login to my old account and cancel it, again! I would like to stop the double billing and get just 1 bill each month!

Being double billed

Hello my name is Mr. Lane and I am being double bill for my Pandora account.  The billing takes place on the same day of the month for $9.99 each.  The account is linked to my gmail account.  I canceled my subscription today since I am unable to figure out why this is taking place and has taken place for a few months now.  I would like to know what my options are for recooping the extra funds and how I can restore my account and only be billed once a month.  I thank you for your assistance with this matter.
