Being Charged Twice

So I am on the family plan for $14.99 a month, which pandora is charging me. But when I look on my iphone subscriptions I am also being charged $12.99 for pandora but through apple. I am so confused!!!! What do I do?

@vvcarlson It sounds to me like you may have 2 different Pandora accounts set up under different email addresses - one upgraded to the family plan through Pandora, and one upgraded to an individual Premium Plan through Apple.

With that being said, someone from our support team will be reaching out to you directly via email to help make sure this gets resolved.

@Blanca Our support has taken a look and can see your account is currently upgraded through Apple. 

If both charges you are seeing were processed by Apple, I recommend reaching out to Apple support directly for further assistance with this.

I am billed $5.35 through google and $5.40 through apple for the same account!  Completely unacceptable!! Apple has only agreed to refund me two. Two!! Since last december of 2018!!!  If this isn't resolved.... Spotify you have just won a new faithful customer!!! Cause I have been faithful to you all for a very long time for this to happen to me.

@Blanca I definitely understand your frustration with this.

Our support team mentioned they have already contacted your requesting additional information on the duplicate charges.

Make sure to provide them with as much info as possible, and they will be happy to look into this further with you.

Need to correct charges for Pandora subscription. Being charged more than once! 5.33 total amount billed twice for several months!!

 

Also do you provide a military discount?

Military discount:

It looks like your account is currently upgraded through Apple. 

Joining or upgrading to a Pandora Premium Student or Military plan is currently not possible through third-party vendors (e.g., Apple or Google Play).

If you're interested in subscribing to Pandora Premium Student or Pandora Premium Military, you'd need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire. You can find steps to cancel your current subscription here.

Once you begin to hear ads on your account again, you can apply for the student or military rate from our website.

Please keep in mind that once you've successfully upgraded to this reduced rate, your account will no longer be eligible for any additional trial offers.  The balance of any prior offers you accepted (such as a free trial) will be forfeited and you will immediately be charged for your new subscription.

I got double charged total of 24$ i just wanted to try the FREE one month sub I had got the 4.99 but saw I can change it to the premium which is 12.99 free sub but I got charged total of 24$? why?? Will I be able to get a refund?
