Sorry for the continued trouble. I moved your post over to this thread to keep the community organized.

In the meantime, I was able to determine what is happening with those charges. There are two separate accounts upgraded under your PayPal account.

Please keep an eye out for another email today regarding the monthly and yearly charges on your PayPal account. If you don't see the email shortly, check your spam / junk folder to make sure it didn't end up there.

Billing Twice a month

need to correct those charges. Who can help? There’s no place to request this change.

How in the world do I get help? I renewed subscription in December 2019 and am now being charged twice. How do I find out why? And more importantly, how do I stop being double billed.  Not cool Pandora, not cool.

double charged for 2 types of subscriptions on my account
