How in the world do I get help? I renewed subscription in December 2019 and am now being charged twice. How do I find out why? And more importantly, how do I stop being double billed. Not cool Pandora, not cool.

Hi there, my name is Alex and I have been experiencing the same problem for at least two years now after looking into this. I just had my subscription renew and saw the monthly charge and the annual charge. Who can I speak with to resolve this as Pandora has been charging me twice for the services provided. Who do I speak with to resolve this?
I was just charged on 2/4/20 and now my account has been charged again today. As I am looking back I have been charged multiple times several months. This is ridiculous! I will need my money back for all double charged months or I will cancel. Please have someone to email me now.
