I changed credit cards on my account and I have been getting charge on the new AND the old card. The new card is charging the current $4.99 and the old card is charging the old $3.99 for the past few months.

I've noticed that for a while now Google Play has been charging me twice for Pandora. Once for the 9.99 fee for my membership and then another 4.99 a few days later. What is this? And why is it happening? If the membership is fifteen then I will pay fifteen dollars. Otherwise I fully expect compensation for these double charges for as many as I can find on my billing statement.
I bought Pandora plus on the 5th, I believe, and a few days later I upgrade to premium, yet it looks like an attempted charge was made to my card twice within the past couple days. I literally just paid for this, why is my card being charged again?
