They have double charged me and been ignoring and not responding to my emails they need to have a number since they can't respond to an customer
I've been being charged 10.59 for my premium account for who knows how long. Two separate days for at least the last two months. I will now have to dig through my insanely frustrating mobile bank app to really see how long it's been going on. January's second charge even cost me an overdraft fee of $25! Probably canceling. Thanks pandora!

I recently noticed on my CC bill that I am being charged twice for Pandora Plus for the same Pandora account. Once from Apple iTunes and Once directly from Pandora. I only have one account however on my phone I can see I am subscribed through iTunes but when I login to pandora.com it shows my CC. This has been happening for months. How is this possible and how can I get I submit a claim to try to get reimbursed for the extra monthly charge. I canceled the CC subscription today.
