I'm trying to upgrade my plan from Premium to Family and it's telling my account details are incorrect.  I've verified and my account details are correct.

I have also been getting the invalid payment message however, I know the card is good.

Yeah, I'm having the same issue, no card or PayPal attempts are getting through, just invalid payment or try again later. Any help?

It says it’s not valid. I’ve tried 3 different cards just out of curiosity. I’m in the processing of moving so I thought maybe it was the zip but I tried both the old and new and got the same error. Thank you for the help!

Although all my information is correct, my payment won't work.

I am trying to start 60 days free premium trial service.

 

It kept gives following error message:

Sorry, your payment information is not valid. Please update your details.

I keep getting “payment information invalid “ error message with the correct CC number, exp date, and CCV code.  My card expired and I got a new one with the same # but different exp date and CCV code.

I am also receiving the payment error message as well. I am trying to make the move from free to premium and was planning on paying for a year. I am entering the correct info and have even tried using another card but i keep getting the same error message. Please help as I am trying to be a paying customer

Trying to subscribe but every time I put in my payment info it says payment info is incorrect. It's not! Need help
