Suddenly I have advertisements on my account.  When I tried to verify/enter my credit card information, I receive the following message, "Sorry, unable to verify payment information...."  I entered other credit cards and received the same message.  I am not sure what triggered the advertisements in the first place.  The Help Bot was no help.  Thanks for any suggestions.

I can't update my credit card info as well. I too get the

"Sorry, your payment information is not valid" message. I need to update before the 11th!

And I know my card works because I just used it, so it's you guys.
