Error message when signing up for student plan

@AdamPandora  I want to sign up for the student subscription for premium but after entering my payment info it gives me an error each time but still is charging my card for the 4.99 even though the first 60 days is supposed to be free I’d like a refund for one of the times it charged me and would like my premium account activated please
