We have existing accounts - with playlists and thumbs - on 1000's of songs.
With the Family Plan - it's $14.99 for up to 6 accounts.
Can I take existing accounts into this plan - so I retain all of the preferences?

Hi @AC ๐ thanks for posting to community! I've moved your message to our Subscription board to help keeps things organized.
As for the Family Plan, you can definitely use your existing Pandora account(s) to upgrade and/or join a Family Plan. Just a couple of notes to keep in mind:
- If you're already a paying subscriber, we'll automatically prorate the cost of your first Pandora Premium Family payment to reflect the remainder of the subscription period you've already paid for.
- Joining or upgrading to a Premium Family subscription is currently not possible through third-party vendors (e.g., Apple or Google Play). If you're interested in subscribing or joining someone else's family plan, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire.
If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know. Thanks for being part of community! ๐ง

@AC My wife and I have the same question/concern that you do. We both have Pandora Premium accounts and we have playlists and thumbs in both of these accounts. Did you figure out how to keep you playlists and thumbs with your existing accounts when switching to the Premium Family Plan?

@Radiochild If both of you are currently paying for a subscription, then one person will have to cancel, while the other person upgrades to the family plan.
You can then add the person who canceled their original subscription to the family plan you sign up for.
All of your playlists and thumb ratings will still be saved once the both of you are set up with Pandora Premium.
To help ensure this gets taken care of, I will have one of our support specialists contact you separately via email.
Please keep an eye out for their message. ๐ฌ

I am also in this same situation. I am currently signed up on a Family Plan and my husband has had a Pandora basic account for years. He has a huge list of stations and favorites he doesn't want to lose if he switches over to my family plan and cancels his account. How do we do this?

@bbbinkers Adding your husband to your plan will not result in the loss of any of his stations or favorites.
Just make sure you send add the account he already has set up vs. creating a new one for him.
If you run into any issues, you can contact our support team directly for assistance here.
Hope this helps!
