How to add someone to family account if they don't have an email address

How do I add a family member to the Family Plan if they don’t have an email address because they’re 13?

@Jami2 If you'd like to add another user to your Premium Family plan, they will first need to create a new Pandora account if they haven't already done so.

A valid email address is required to create a Pandora account, so that user would also need to set up a new email address if they haven't already done so.

If they have trouble creating a new account after setting up their email address, feel free to reach back out and let us know.

I had to update my card info and now family members cant reconnect
