How to upgrade immediately and skip free trial

I picked the wrong plan. Currently have Pandora Premium, with a free trial. I cancelled my subscription but it won't let me upgrade until 31 March 24. Is there anyway to get rid of trial and go ahead and upgrade. I've been a subscriber of Pandora for awhile and don't really need the trial.
