Issues with unlimited skips

I recently had to get a new debit card unexpectedly and I forgot to update my account information and I had to renew my subscription. I had 2 others that I invited when I created my account that could get get unlimited skips and since I done the renew they cannot do it anymore. I have since cancelled my subscription so that I can hopefully start over. Is there anything else I can do to solve this? I have spent countless hours throughout the day trying to correct the issue

@smileyteddy2006 have you considered the family plan? I believe you can add up to six on that plan. Take care and stay safe.

However, I see you mentioned you invited 2 others to your account.

To clarify, are you having issues with not receiving unlimited skips, or are those other 2 individuals the ones running into this issue?
