Hey there, @Karl. 👋
Sorry to hear that you've been having some trouble.
I moved your post over to this thread to keep the community space organized: Manage subscription: Direct Billed
A member from our User Support team has contacted you via email to assist with your subscription.
Keep an eye out for their email by checking your spam / junk folder too, if you don't see it.
I've confirmed with our User Support team that your subscription has been canceled.
You can still enjoy your Pandora Premium benefits until the subscription expires (around 9/20/20), at which time your account will revert to the free ad-supported service.
To view your Pandora Premium expiration date or to manage your subscription options, visit this link from a computer, not a mobile device.
Thanks for posting to community!
Hey, @JayTee88. 👋
Sorry for any confusion. Feel free to check out @AdamPandora's post about how to cancel the automatic renewal of your free trial subscription directly through our website here: Manage subscription: Direct Billed
A specialist from our User Support team will reach out via email to help out with this.
I am having a hard time trying to figure out what method of payment I used when I signed up for a free trial of Pandora Premium. I have checked Google Pay, my credit card, my bank account, Paypal...just about everything I can think of. None of them are showing a subscription, so I can't cancel. My trial ends in a few days, and I would really like to know how to figure this out so that I don't get charged. It sure would be nice if the payment method used was listed under my Pandora account instead of having to spend an hour perusing all of my accounts and wasting my time!
I'm having the same problem I would really like to know how to do this and get it over with I'm tired of going around and around trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription.
Hi @YourG! Thanks for posting.
Steps on how to cancel your trial can be found here.
However, I've gone ahead and reached out to our User Support team. They have confirmed that your trial has been canceled. You can still enjoy Pandora Premium until your trial is up, and you won't be charged.
Thanks for trying Premium!
