Can I just cancel my subscription please? I’ve been jumping through hoops all week and managed to get charged in that time.

I've confirmed with our User Support team that your subscription has been canceled.
You can still enjoy your Pandora Premium benefits until the subscription expires (around 9/20/20), at which time your account will revert to the free ad-supported service.

I am having a hard time trying to figure out what method of payment I used when I signed up for a free trial of Pandora Premium. I have checked Google Pay, my credit card, my bank account, Paypal...just about everything I can think of. None of them are showing a subscription, so I can't cancel. My trial ends in a few days, and I would really like to know how to figure this out so that I don't get charged. It sure would be nice if the payment method used was listed under my Pandora account instead of having to spend an hour perusing all of my accounts and wasting my time!

However, I've gone ahead and reached out to our User Support team. They have confirmed that your trial has been canceled. You can still enjoy Pandora Premium until your trial is up, and you won't be charged.
