I dont have a computer to cancel my subscription with and that wasnt made clear to me when i signef up with my phone. I want my subscription cancelled and my card not charged.. I dont know what type of scam you people are running but i will contact some kind of consumer watch group and report you if you dont fix this and take all chatges off my card.

My free trial of premium is up tomorrow, so I'm trying to cancel the subscription. The only way to cancel the subscription is to go to the google play store, then subscriptions, and then manage subscriptions. easy enough, except that every time i click on manage subscription, it takes me back on an endless loop of the first page that says ""discover subscriptions, get started" without ever letting me get into managing the subscription. How can I cancel this???

sadly thats a google thing not really a pandora thing i would think. But try a different method of using google play. if you are on the mobile app try accessing the site via chrome or desktop (visa versa)

Hi, it looks like everyone is having the same problem I am experiencing. I see that you give everyone the same response as to why no one is able to cancel their subscription. Well, I need mine cancelled and obviously, like everyone else, there is no switch plan and cancel subscription button. I have been attempting to cancel for a while now...I need it cancelled before December 19th and if it is not, I am going to have some words with the person in charge. It should not be this difficult and if I needed to upgrade something in order to be able to cancel the subscription easily, I should have been informed. I have followed all the steps and have clicked on the link that you have sent other people with my problem and that does not work either. Please help me cancel this Premium Pandora subscription. Thank you.
