Would like to cancel my membership cannot locate where or how

@Ebicoo I checked the Pandora account connected to your Community profile, and it does not appear to be upgraded.

If you are paying for a subscription, my guess is that you have a second account registered under a different email address that is upgraded.

I have created a ticket with our support team for you.

I’ve looked up directions to cancel my subscription and nothing is helping. They say to select the subscription option from the 3 bar menu (which I did) but then I’m supposed to select something from that page but there are literally no options on that page except free trials. No option to change, manage, or cancel. I feel like I’m trapped in this subscription I don’t want anymore!!
