@Pmtthws1 Have her check her spam/junk folder to ensure the invitation isn't somehow getting filtered out.

In the meantime, I will have someone from our support team contact you via email to help make sure this gets resolved.

Yes I checked her spam folder nothing in it. I did try another one of her email accounts though and it worked. Thanks for the response

Not receiving email invite for family plan

I added my uncle to my plan yesterday morning.  As of now he has not received the email invite.  I have resent it twice.  What is the next step?  Thanks!

If they aren't seeing the invitation in their email inbox, have them check their junk/spam folder to make sure that message isn't getting filtered out.

In the meantime, I will also have someone from our User Support team contact you separately via email to make sure this gets resovled.

The only solution I have found on this forum is to contact customer support....
