Hello, I have sent the email numerous times and I am not receiving it. I checked the Junk folder as well. Can you help please?
Also, can you please tell me how we can both use the account at the same time? If this is not possible, then it is pointless to have a family subscription and I will have to cancel.

I have a family plan subscription that has worked fine. I have 3 users currently but I can add more with subscription. I added 2 more accounts and the invitation is not being sent to them. My account says it sent them the invite, but they are not receiving.

My wife and son both have Hotmail addresses and have not received the invites I've sent for the Family Plan. Any thoughts on why this is and how I can get them on the Family Plan? Yes, they've checked their junk/spam folders. Thank you.
