I pay for pandora $4.99, but I still listen adds and I can’t skip song, please help, it’s like I didn’t upgrade

I purchased the one month free trial with a month free for 4.99 it’s worked good for a month then now it’s back to the adds. I’m supposed to have another month of pandora plus

It doesn't look like the Pandora account connected to your Community profile is currently upgraded.

If so, it doesn't look like the Pandora account connected to your Community profile is the one that is upgraded.

I subscribed via my android tv, but the sub doesn't work (unlimited skips) for example..logging into same account via phone it acts as if I've never subscribed..what's causing this

Hi Adam!! Thanks for your prompt reply!! I logged out and back into my account as you suggested...I listen to Pandora on my desktop and on my I phone when I'm out and about..just now I heard an advertisement for Pandora Radio while I was listening...is this a normal occurrence...Thanks Again!!
