I subscribe to premium and you take my money and I still get adds and can’t listen off line

I’m paying for commercial free and getting commercials every couple songs. Went to the help page ,phone assistance was supposed to be $1 but directed to a $5 page , still have commercials. Monthly subscription fee for commercial free just deducted from my account again

Adam it appears that I have 2 accounts. The account for xx needs to have the upgrade stopped and then the account closed

The same thing is happening to me! There is nothing wrong with my credit card.... This is on Pandora's end not mine. I'm asked to upgrade although I've paid and again there is nothing wrong with my credit card. Now what? This is the 2nd or third time this has happened. Getting frustrated
