I checked the Pandora account associated with your community profile and see that it is not currently upgraded to a subscription.

Subscription not linked to account

I was forced to log back into my account and all of my thumbs and playlists are gone as week as my subscription. How do I fix?

Hi @Mhumble - welcome to community!

I checked the account and based on what I'm seeing, it appears you have more than one Pandora account. This account has never been upgraded  to a subscription before and it looks like the last station was added back in 2016. 

If you have any other email addresses that may have been used to create a Pandora account, I would try logging in with those. 

In the meantime, I'm going to escalate to our User Support team for further help.

Is it possible your upgraded Pandora account is registered under a different email address?

I ask because the Pandora account associated with your community profile does not appear to be upgraded.

If so, I recommend signing out of your device, and then signing back in using the email address your upgraded Pandora account is registered with.

In the meantime, I will also have someone from our support team contact you privately via email to help make sure this gets straightened out.
