I'm paying for the premium Pandora, and I just got a message that said my subscription has ran out and I need to pay again

Hi @Acekinzey71! Thanks for posting. 

I checked your Pandora account and I do see that it is currently upgraded to Pandora Premium billed via Google Play. 

Are you not able to access Premium features?

Can you tell me more about the message you received? Was this an email message or a notification on your device?

Can you please send over a screenshot the next time this happens? I'd like to take a closer look.

I’m paying for pandora premium but got a message my subscription ended and it’s back to commercials …my subscription doesn’t end till April ??
