Hello, 

I've been trying for the past two weeks to get the Sheer Verification link to work.  My academic status has been confirmed but the link they emailed takes me right back to getting verified again.

Help!

Dear Pandora Support Team,

I'm having an issue with my student ID verification. After successfully completing the initial verification as a student, clicking the "Continue" link restarts the process. Can you please provide troubleshooting steps or guidance to resolve this?

I seem to be having the same issue, except it opens a tab with this error code and wouldn't let me move past the upload section , please assist when able. {httpStatus":400,"status":"400"}
