Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account.
If you are still seeing ads after confirming you are logged in with the correct address, can you please grab a screenshot of the next one that plays, and attach it in a reply to this thread?

My subscription dropped again. My main family plan login now yields commercials and so do my family plan member logins. How do I fix this? Subscription appears to be in good order? Help....again... 🙂
@charlesbatsford That's very strange - I had our support team take a look and they do see your subscription is still active.
They have made a small change on their end which they believe should resolve any issues you and your family are running into.
Please have everyone sign out of the app, and then sign back into their separate accounts on their devices.
If you continue to hear ads when listening, please follow up and let me know.
I paid for my premium Pandora subscription and I've been charged for it. I'm still on limited services. My account doesn't acknowledge that I've upgraded, however my bank account did.
