I pay for a subscription monthly. I still get adds between every song. How is this going to be fixed?

If you're still not able to see that your subscription has applied to your account, our support team can help. There is an Email Us button on the right side of the screen where you can reach out directly to them for further assistance.
My subscription is supposed to be commercial free. However. It seems most evenings, about 7:15 PM, we hear a single commercial. Why is this happening?
