Paid the $12.99 for Pandora premium but still getting ads!!! And pauses of ads between songs !!!!  This is bullcrap

I checked your account and it appears that there was a communication error between the Apple billing system and our system. The error seems to have been resolved and your subscription has returned to your account.

I tried following the instructions to see why I was getting ads having paid for a Pandora Gold Subscription but was upgraded to Premium,, which I don't want.  I have had a gold account for quite a while but over the last month or two have started getting ads.  I don't use the account too much, but I enjoy the ad free version.  How to I make sure I am not paying for Premium, but still get my ad free gold?

I am having the same issue I resubscribe to a monthly fee. As my initial subscription was canceled because I change my credit card address. I’ve updated the address and resubscribed it says that it renews on May 12 so it’s subscribed but I’m still getting ads.

If you were charged within the last month for a subscription to Pandora through Apple and are still hearing ads, you should be able to use the following steps to get your subscription activated and returned to your account:

  1. Start by opening the Pandora app on your iOS device, and going to the Profile tab.
  2. Select Upgrade.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom of the screen and tap Retrieve Your Subscription. You may need to enter your iTunes password to confirm.

This should reapply your subscription to your account.

If you continue to experience issues with this, you will need to contact our support team directly for further assistance.
