Why am I getting commercials
@Raulavila Could you confirm that you are logged into your upgraded account on your device?
Sometimes, it may help to sign out of Pandora, and then sign back in using the email address associated with your upgraded account.
If you are still seeing ads after confirming you are logged in with the correct address, can you tell me a bit more about the advertising you are seeing?
Is it for a specific brand or artist? Are you hearing them while listening to podcasts?

I am the only person using Pandora Plus in my car on bluetooth. I had Pandora Plus. Cancelled. Rejoined later and am getting ads and limited skips. It says it renews December 13???

I have paid for Pandora premium for last year, auto billed to credit card, with no commercials. This week, every two songs there are commercials. I am still paying for premium. I have written in for help with no response. I am frustersted. Can come one please fix this problem. Help!! Annoyed! Wendy Simon

I am getting the same issue. Just resubscribed to Pandora (through iOS). I don't even see an option on Pandora.com to "Retrieve Your Subscription", but am still receiving commercials.
@Grant3405 It appears that there was a communication error between the Apple billing system and our system.
The error seems to have been resolved and your subscription has returned to your account.

Upgraded to premium just now, w/30 days free, but it still says "upgrade to premium." I deleted the app and downloaded again, but still showing that I haven't upgraded.
