Unsubscribed from the bottom of emails AND turned Notifications OFF from my account.
Am STILL getting promotional emails. Is the ONLY way to stop emails setting preferences to send them to junk?

@KItnCaboo To clarify, how long ago did you edit those settings to unsubscribe from promotional emails?
Additionally, can you please send me a screenshot of the next promotional email that gets sent to you?

@trisparker84 It looks like that email was sent on 2/25/22.
Our engineering team believes this issue was resolved for you after you initially reported it last month.
