T-Mobile Ad-free Radio Weekends - Redeem button is unresponsive

I’m trying to redeem the T-mobile free weekends but whenever I click the redeem button, it takes me to Pandora, but nothing happens?!

I'm not getting any error message, but after I click redeem it redirects & opens up Pandora & it just goes to T-Mobile page. It's a Sunday. I'm a metroPCs customer.

Same here. Downloaded Tmobile Tuesday app and went to redeem no ad weekends for Pandora, had to install and sign up. Never got the video they mention to unlock ad free so I am getting ads. I even signed our cleared data and tried 2 more times. Guess it is a bogus offer if so many are having the same issue 🙄 I am on a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G if that matters...

same issue. After Redeem and Pandora comes up, nothing ad-free happens or is acknowledged.  As a t-mobile subscriber with Samsung s6 edge and both Tuesday and Pandora apps installed, I'd really like to take advantage of this offer.

Pandora launched with a cat food ad, but only displayed song/genre selection screen after. Still no acknowledgement etc.

Hello Adam Samsung S5 and same ads as during the week when you turn it on the weekends nothing changes I have deleted and add the Pandora app twice through T-mobile and still has the ads no links to hit or video it says to watch.

Can you tell me a bit more about the advertising you are seeing?

  • Is it for a specific brand or artist?
  • Or are you hearing them while listening to podcasts?


When you experienced this were you using a different device than the one originally used to unlock the weekend? If so, what is the make and model of that device?

I appreciate your help with this.

It is regulare commercials when I'm listening to music and signed in on the 1st device.

I’d like to gather more information from you.

Please confirm which mobile carrier you’re currently subscribed to (ex. T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro).

Also, are you using an unlocked device when attempting to redeem the offer?

Or was the device you’re experiencing this issue on purchased or brought over from a different mobile carrier (ex. Verizon, AT&T)?
