T-Mobile Ad-free Radio Weekends - Redeem button is unresponsive

I’m trying to redeem the T-mobile free weekends but whenever I click the redeem button, it takes me to Pandora, but nothing happens?!

I never get an error. I hit “redeem” and it opens Pandora and starts playing normally. With constant commercials. What I see is below.

I'm having the same problem. I had to reset my phone and and have tried going through the T-Mobile app is a mobile app to redeem and it still is not working. I. I never get the original original video from Pandora to access the T-Mobile free weekends.. I was thinking maybe it was because I already did it . I had the same problem in the beginning and I was given a solution that worked but can't remember how I did it.

Yeah on Sunday late in the evening it started working. My sense is it won't
work next weekend either but we'll see

So it looks like no one was able to resolve this issue. 

"Redeem" only opens Pandora app. That's it. No "a short message" to watch for unlocking ad-free radio weekends.

Ads are blue health, dexel and other ads. Not artist ads.

App is updated. Using Motorola stylus.

Was ad free for a few months then stopped.

I have the same issue I click redeem on the T-Mobile Tuesday app and it opens Pandora but never plays the main ad to allow for the unlimited weekend to start so I still get the regular ads like McDonald's and local. This is being activated on a Samsung A32 and is being used on it or any other device with the same results.
